Terms of Service Update - November 2023

InReach Solutions is updating our Terms of Service for the use of SAM. 

  1. We have added a section titled User Management & Security Settings to address user preferred modifications to security features, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and auto logout settings. 

  2. Pricing updates for consultation calls has been defined and separated from email support. The cost for consultation calls, customization, and data migration will be $175/hour starting January 1, 2024. Price modifications can be made with a 30 day notice. 

  3. Relocated SAM Lead's responsibility for user access and passwords to the new User Management & Security Settings section. Added terms to note that users cannot store bank/financial data as custom fields in SAM.

These changes will take effect starting November 1, 2023. More detailed information is accessible in our Terms of Service.
