November 2019 SAM Release

  1. Users can now see Public Forms linked to checklists when they are complete. This provides a more thorough look at the information collected.

  2. SAM will now auto-save data entry for forms before a user submits. content drafts to the local browser's cache. A new option called Local-Auto-Save Enabled must be enabled per form. Change this setting on lengthy forms that contain heavy narrative.

  3. Big Search Link fields to share names of people related to a case, such as Case Worker, Child Placed, etc are no longer displayed as links on Public Forms, so external users won’t be tempted to follow the link.

  4. Modification History now collects:

    • Entered Date and Entered By from Public Forms, so users can view history of updates made from the client’s side

    • Entity Conversion history

  5. Timeline fields are stored without their time period counterpart (Days, Weeks, Months, Years) for easier usage when working out statistics when data is exported to excel from a SAM Report.

  6. Non SAM Admin users can now Convert Records to other Record Types, so long as they can view and edit records for which they want to convert.

  7. Form Properties screen has been reorganized for an easier user experience.

  8. The Entity ID is now shown in Quick Search as a support to selecting the correct record to work from.
