January 2020 SAM Release

  1. The “missing” save button when creating Lists is back. Phew!

  2. The Merging records function has been changed from a drop down list of all records to users entering the Entity ID of the record to merge into.

  3. When exporting to excel, SAM will drop all intervals for timeline fields, so the data can be manipulated more easily in calculations. This doesn’t apply to Timeline fields set as Years, Months. Because the data itself will lose to context of the value, adding it to the Field title will be helpful for your team.

  4. When users update their Person record name, SAM will use the new name in it’s Modification history. This is expected to update imported emails too. Congratulations to everyone getting married!

  5. InReach Solutions’ team now has an easier way to break public documents linked in templates that are no longer valid.
