Based on user feedback, we’ve implemented the following updates to SAM:
A new Call link has been added to the top Navigation bar of SAM to link users to schedule a call with InReach Solutions’ team.
Users with the Donor module will notice missing links on the Donor cover page sidebar, which were hard-coded and could not be managed by users.
Add Donor, Add Donation for Another Donor, Add Donation for this Donor were removed. Add Donor can be done from the Home Page or Donor tab.
Add Donation for this Donor can be done through the Donation subform found on the Cover page. The subform can be modified to set the add form on the sidebar.
Add Donation for Another Donor can be done on that respective donor’s record.
Merging Fields has become a function for the InReach Solutions’ team only.
Big Search List fields have been updated to eliminate the right/left scrolling to Add the record or View All records.
When merging records, SAM will maintain values for data on the Merge FROM (and Delete) record over to the Merge TO record, so users do not need to copy/paste. Should a value be entered for a field on both records, SAM will not update the field on the Merge TO record.
A new library has been implemented for the WYSIWYG field types (the large memo with formatting fields) to clean up HTML mishaps being copied in to communications.
Multi-record form inconsistencies on editing and deleting records have been corrected.
SAM Admins will see a change to the link ordering while editing forms through Form Customizer,
1) Create Report from Form - incredibly useful option to quickly build a report including all fields from a specific form.
2) Show Table Titles under Tables on Form - helpful to show users the table along with field titles when pinpointing specific fields.
All main entity types have a login password field that can be used for public forms. Users can build client portals for all record types!
Public forms sidebar links are updated properly with the settings in Sidebar Manager, so disabled links are not shown to end users.
Documents subforms can be filtered by the Document Category on forms and reports.
Entity Conversion no longer checks for duplicate records. This was causing bogs for large systems.
The calendar option when selecting dates is working as expected once again.
