March 2020 SAM Release

To improve our user’s experience, we’ve focused on some backend processes that require a release in order to keep systems running effectively and securely. Some of the changes clients may notice are:

  1. A field for SAM to count the number of cases for Families has been added to all client systems. This will help users see which families have multiple cases even if all cases were labeled as Case #1. The Field is “Family » Number of Cases.”

  2. Auto Actions that fail to trigger or push the action is now tracked through reports. SAM Admins can create reports or email Auto Actions based on the Miscellaneous entity > Auto Action History.

  3. Calculations for numbers can be set per field to 4 decimal places providing a higher level of accuracy when reporting numbers, if needed. This configuration must be set per field.

  4. Modification History displays a user’s current name throughout history rather than future modifications only.

  5. New Surveys can be created, however creating surveys from an existing survey has been removed due to issues.

  6. Fixes to issues reported for the confirmation of bulk emails function to delete selected emails as expected.
