The 2019 National CASA/GAL Conference will be held from Saturday, June 1, to Tuesday, June 4 in our hometown of Atlanta, GA.

This year’s conference theme is building stronger families to achieve better outcomes for children. Attendees will learn about:

- the role of reunification, kinship care, guardianship, foster placements and adoption;

- achieving safe, permanent placement for children;

- the importance of strong families in successful outcomes for children;

- how the passage of the Family First Prevention Services Act—which allows federal funding to pay for services to prevent children’s removal from their families—intersects with CASA/GAL volunteers’ important work.

And, attendees will network with other direct service organizations, social workers, corporate leaders, researchers and funders.
